Each set of spacebar foam comes with both a 6. 25u and 7u bar foam, made out of 6mm thick foam. Since this is a three pack, you will receive three 6. 25u foams and three 7u foams. Note: these are compatible with PCB mount stabilizers only (without modification). Plate mount stabilizers have little "fingers" that stick up around the stems
