KC Conner is the visionary force behind Magma Power’s core technology, bringing decades of hands-on engineering experience across energy, infrastructure, and water systems. Despite earning a degree in political science, his career has been defined by technical mastery—leading multi-million dollar energy projects overseas for the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers and consulting on large-scale systems for government and industry. From drilling the first freshwater wells in the Northern Mariana Islands to designing hospital water purification systems, KC has built solutions where others saw limits. His unconventional path fuels his ability to see what others can’t. At Magma Power, he leads the charge to do what’s never been done: extract clean, baseload energy directly from the Earth’s molten core.
Kathy Million brings extensive experience in customer service, business development, and operations across B2B and B2C service environments. She specializes in helping companies develop and implement processes that seamlessly integrate management discipline, leadership strategies, new hire training, and technology.
