Planted by John Neldner in 1991 up against Heinze Road. Winemaking Whole berry (destemmed) open fermented using indigenous yeast. Matured in 1 older French oak hogshead. No fining or filtration and minimal sulphur added. Vegetarian and vegan friendly.
