Cuvée Marguerite Volume:75CL The biodynamic farming and minimalMatassas Cuve Marguerite is a characterful natural orange wine made from a blend of Muscat Petit Grain, Muscat dAlexandrie, Macabeu, and occasionally Viognier, sourced from century old vines in the hills of Montner, Roussillon. These vines grow on a mix of schist and marl soils, surrounded by Mediterranean scrubland, and are farmed organically and biodynamically. The grapes are harvested by hand early in the morning and fermented on their skins using
