rural texas woman & girl posed in front of sod house tinted 1800s tintype photo post mortem Massachusetts by George BarlowTwo original tintypes of a woman and a little girl, taken in front of a sod house. The girl has a great tinted pink and blue dress and painted gold locket; the woman has some tinting on her dress collar bow. There is no name or photographer here, but this was part of a lot of photos from a family from Texas, the Virgil Davis family. Tintypes are about 3. 25" tall x 2" to 2. 5" wide. Good antique condition with light bends and surface wear.
