This unique sake is partly made with an ancient red rice variety which gives its red color to the sake. A beautiful rare representation showing balanced levels of sweetness and acidity. Its unique tart cherry and pomegranate notes pair it with a wide variety of savory dishes, but Kuniko prefers hers with a nice piece of dark chocolate.
