Non dosé, Cuvée perpétuelle Rosé mineral Garrut and TrepatBonnet Ponsons Non Dos Cuve Perptuelle Ros is a Champagne crafted from Pinot Noir, Chardonnay, and Meunier grapes grown in Chamery, Vrigny, and Coulommes in the Montagne de Reims. A small portion of Pinot Noir is added as red wine, and part of the blend comes from a perpetual reserve (solera), bringing extra depth. The wine is matured partly in stainless steel and partly in barrique before being bottled without dosage. It shows a bright strawberry red
