What sets it apart is its unusual blend of three red grapes (Tavkveri, Danakharuli, Shavkapito) and two white grapes (Chinuri, Goruli Mtsvane), all macerated together for five days in traditional qvevri. The spontaneous fermentation relies on native yeasts, and after pressing, the wine spends six months refining in
